| Abstract: | Genetics and archaeology have established that all living humans are descended from a local population in Africa. In this lecture we will explore the patterns and processes by which this 'small beginning' led to the diversity of peoples we see today.
Dr. Marta Mirazon Lahr is Reader in Human Evolutionary Biology at the University of Cambridge and Director of the Duckworth Laboratory at the Leverhulme Centre for Human Evolutionary Studies. She is also a Fellow of Clare College. |
