Abstract: | Bogoliubov transformations (bosonic and fermionic) play an important role in many body quantum physics and quantum field theory. I believe it is useful to discuss them from the abstract point of view. I will review their basic algebraic properties, including the implementability in a Fock space and the choice of the phase factor. |
