Description: Professor Christoph Loch, incoming Director of Cambridge Judge Business School, gives a lunchtime talk around a subject which he is passionate about - Making Your Organisation Innovative. Innovation systematically appears among the three main strategic priorities named by CEOs and top managers. Whilst easy to list as a priority, innovation does require an organisation to unleash the creative capability of individuals, as well as make processes and organisation units as creative as they can be.

Innovative thinking and working must allow individuals to collaborate in ways that enable their ideas to flow easily, and new solutions to emerge and be tested simply. Professor Loch unfolds his thinking and research in this area, and there will then be an opportunity for questions, answers and debate about the ideas.
