Description: | Children's personal epistemologies: capitalising on children's and families' knowledge in schools towards effective teaching and learning (ChiPE) is a research project funded by the European Union’s 7th Framework Programme under the Marie Curie Actions to promote excellent science.
It mains objective is to explore children’s, families’ and teachers’ beliefs about knowledge and learning in the school context in order to promote effective learning and teaching. It aims to enhance a more inclusive epistemic climate that brings knowledge from children’s out-of-school experience closer to classroom knowledge. |
