Description: | The Police Executive Programme was originally developed in partnership with the National Police Leadership Centre (Centrex) to provide training for senior police officers in the study of crime and crime-related issues. The programme is underpinned by several key concepts: continuing professional development, collaborative learning, critical thinking and reflective practice. Participants on the Diploma/M.St. programme are encouraged to reflect on, review and evaluate past, current and future practice. By communicating with one another and with academic researchers, participants maintain and enhance personal and communal knowledge to the benefit of individual participants, their forces and the wider Police Service.
This collection contains limited recordings of lectures and seminars from the M.St programme. |
